Enjoy holistic training programs that create a fusion of body and mind.

Pilates is a holistic training program that creates a fusion of body and soul. The method is unique in its balance between strengthening and stretching. Pilates is a living discipline that continues to be developed and refined through constant use and observation. It is taught on a mat and on tailor-made handcrafted equipment at different levels depending upon ability. A strong focus is to strengthen the body’s core, i.e. abdominals, back muscles and pelvic floor. The method involves concentration and the coordination of breath and movement, thereby helping to balance the mind and body, which in return helps to relieve stress and chronic tension. Correct body posture is relearned and an increase in body awareness is achieved.

Pilates is suitable for everyone, athletes, the physically active as well as individuals recovering from injuries. Today, an estimated 15 million individuals worldwide practice Pilates. It is far more than a collection of exercises.

Yogalates? Don’t let the name confuse you! Yogalates is a fusion practice that merges the ancient Indian practice of yoga with the Western practice of Pilates. It combines the yogic focus on enhanced mind and body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, with Pilates techniques to improve core strengths, posture and create a strong, stable foundation for movement. Both emphasize correct breathing and meditative mindfulness.

Yogalates is suitable for all ages and is excellent for developing general tone and fitness, while also encouraging a connection with self to soothe the nervous system, release stress, aid relaxation and instill inner calm and overall wellbeing.

Spiraldynamik® is an anatomically based movement and therapy concept from which the coordinated use of the body can be derived.

Spiraldynamik® enables one to develop an expanded awareness of familiar movement patterns. The three-dimensional use of space as a design element is well known and familiar to dancers and movement educators. The perception of three-dimensional movement possibilities in the joints, however, is barely known.
If not used correctly, muscles and ligaments lose elasticity and dynamism and the range and diversity of movement is restricted with time. This results in false movements and overloads of the joints that eventually lead to injuries and pain. Anatomically correct movement in the daily training and professional life is important to injury prevention and is necessary for long-term performance and the durability of the body.

In Spiraldynamik®, the origins of pain and incorrect loading are precisely analysed and new movement qualities are taught.Spiraldynamik® is suitable for almost all complaints of the movement system – pain, tension, premature wear and tear. With the help of Spiraldynamik® therapy, movement lessons or individual consultations, you can optimise your movement sequences and posture.

Your body is all you need for a challenging mat workout.

Group classes are a great way to experience Pilates on any budget. The exclusive mat classes with a maximum of 4 participants are small so that with a keen eye on each individual, we are able to create a class experience that is both fun and focused. Utilizing small pilates equipment, such as foam rollers, stability balls and thera-bands, or just the mats themselves, we take our students through a series of progressive pilates movements that target all areas of the body, focusing on proper use of “the core” and increasing strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.

Group classes are not recommended if you are in pain or in need of therapeutic and rehabilitative care.
